This is the newest project at New Nordic and were handed over from contractor July 2009. It has 4 storey’s with elevator, where the ground floor is parking space under roof and entrance. 2nd floor has 9 apartments, 3rd floor 9 apartments and 4th floor 5 apartments. The building area is 1.270 m2 on a plot of 830 m2. The plot is for the most part built upon, but there is a small green area, and residents can utilize a big tropical garden and swimming pool at the sister project Dream Paradise right next-door.
